Breakfast
   • Green tea
   • Grape juice (occasionally)
   • Banana
   • Oatmeal

Lunch
   • V-8 Juice
   • Broccoli, carrots, red peppers
   • Banana -nut soy muffins
   • Grapes or oranges

Dinner
   • Iced tea or V-8 Juice
   • Large vegetable salad, ½ oz.pecans, low-fat dressing
   • Sweet potato
   • 2 cups mixed fruit or
   • Fig bars
