Belinda's Baked Beans

• 1 30-oz can pork and beans (discard pork)
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1/8 tsp ground cloves
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
• 1 tsp sweet pickle juice (optional)

Combine all ingredients in 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 300 F for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
