Brownies

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup low fat soy flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

Cream together the eggs, oil, cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Combine flours, baking powder and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and blend together well. Pour and spread evenly into 1-9 x 13" pan or 2-8x8" greased pans. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
