In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water; add warm buttermilk and stir in soda, sugar, salt, and oil. Stir in flours. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes. Pull of pieces of dough slightly larger than a golf ball and roll into balls. Place on greased pan. Cover lightly; let rise in a warm place 1-hour. Preheat oven to 400 F.
