Granola Cereal

• 4 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
• 1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1-1/2 cups apple cider
• 1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, using 1/4 cup coconut. Pour apple cider into dry ingredients; mix well. Spread out on jelly-roll pans or baking sheets. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy; stir occasionally. Cool on pans. Stir in raisins and remaining coconut during cooling. Keep refrigerated in a tightly closed container. Make 16 (1/3 cup) servings.
