Grease 2 (9" x 5") loaf pans. Place rolled oats in a large bowl; pour in boiling water. Let stand ½ hour. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes or until foamy. Add salt, honey, and melted margarine to oats. Then stir in yeast mixture. Combine flours in a small bowl. Gradually add enough flour to make dough kneadable. Knead on a lightly floured board, 5 to 10 minutes, adding flour as needed, until smooth and elastic. Put the dough in a large greased bowl, turning to coat all sides. Cover with towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk. Punch down dough, divide and shape into loaves. Place loaves in grease loaf pans. Preheat oven to 325 F. Bake about 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Makes 2 loaves or 24 slices.
