Jim's Instant Breakfast

• 1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
• 2 tablespoons Grapenuts cereal
• 1 tablespoon raisins
• Artificial sweetener equivalent to 1 teaspoon sugar, if desired
• 1/2 cup skim milk

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl; add milk. Let soak about 5 minutes. Rolled oats have already been steamed or precooked so you are not getting raw oats. Makes 1 serving.
