Orange Muesli

• 2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats
• 2 medium oranges, peeled, diced
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Mix again before serving. Makes 6 servings.
