Red Pepper Pizza

• 1 refrigerated pizza crust
• 5 sweet red peppers, thinly sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp minced fresh basil
• Crushed pepper flakes (optional)

On a pizza tin, roll out dough as directed on package. In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat sauté the peppers and garlic, stirring often, for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in basil and pepper flakes. Spread crust with pepper mixture. Bake at 450 to 500 F for 15 minutes or until crust is brown or crispy. (You may need to modify baking time according to instructions on pizza crust package.) Serves 4.
