Stuffed Green Peppers

• 1 large green pepper
• 1/2 cup cooked lentils, seasoned and drained
• garlic powder to taste
• 1/2 cup tomatoes
• 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
• 1/3 cup cooked brown rice
• fresh ground pepper to taste

Cut green pepper in half lengthwise; parboil for 5 minutes. Mix all other ingredients together. Place mixture in green pepper. Bake 30 to 45 minutes in 350 F oven. Makes one serving.
