Tropical Smoothie

• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 medium ripe banana
• 1/4 cup uncooked oat bran cereal
• 1/2 cup cracked ice or 4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until all ice melts. Makes 2 servings.
