• 1 cup skim milk
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries (do not thaw)
• 2 scoops (2 oz) strawberry high protein nutritious beverage powder*
• 1 10-oz bottle cherry-flavored sparkling water, chilled

Combine first 4 ingredients in container of electric blender; top with cover, and process until smooth. Divide mixture into 2 12-oz glasses. Stir 5 ounces water into each glass. Serves 2.
